WHAT IS THE REASON OF THE REBELLION AFTER THE
MILLENNIUM?
Perhaps you will ask: “but, after 1,000 years of a
pure, perfect, just and holy reign, why will all the nations rebel against the
Creator and His Holy City?
Because they will desire to be and have more than what
was prepared for them.
It’s truth that, in all the world, there won’t be more
wars and, finally, there will be righteous government who cares for people:
·
Isa 2:2-4 -> “And it shall come to pass in the last days, that
the mountain of the LORD'S house shall be established in the top of the
mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow
unto it. And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to
the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach
us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth
the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem. And he shall judge among
the nations, and shall rebuke many people: and they shall beat their swords
into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up
sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.”.
However, they will nurture envy in their heart when
they go to Jerusalem in the appointed times:
·
Zec 14:16-19 -> “And it
shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came
against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the
LORD of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles. And it shall be, that
whoso will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to
worship the King, the LORD of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain. And
if the family of Egypt go not up, and come not, that have no rain; there shall
be the plague, wherewith the LORD will smite the heathen that come not up to
keep the feast of tabernacles. This shall be the punishment of Egypt, and
the punishment of all nations that come not up to keep the feast of
tabernacles.”.
After all, the blessings to Jerusalem and the mount
Zion will be marvelous and only for the Israelites:
·
Isa 11:1-9 -> “And there shall
come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his
roots: and the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and
understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of
the fear of the LORD; and shall make him of quick understanding in the fear
of the LORD: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither
reprove after the hearing of his ears: but with righteousness shall
he judge the poor, and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: and he
shall smite the earth with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his
lips shall he slay the wicked. And righteousness shall be the girdle of
his loins, and faithfulness the girdle of his reins. The wolf also shall
dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf
and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead
them. And the cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down
together: and the lion shall eat straw like the ox. And the sucking child
shall play on the hole of the asp, and the weaned child shall put his hand on
the cockatrice' den. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy
mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD, as the
waters cover the sea.”.
After all, the blessings to Jerusalem and the mount
Zion will be marvelous and only for the Israelites:
·
Isa 65:18-25 -> “But be ye glad
and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people
a joy. And I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and joy in my people:
and the voice of weeping shall
be no more heard in her, nor the
voice of crying. There shall be
no more thence an infant of days,
nor an old
man that hath not filled
his days: for the child shall
die an hundred years old; but
the sinner being an hundred years old
shall be accursed. And they shall build houses, and inhabit
them; and they shall plant
vineyards, and eat the fruit
of them. They shall not build, and another inhabit;
they shall not plant, and
another eat: for as the days of
a tree are the days of my
people, and mine elect shall long
enjoy the work of their
hands. They shall not labour in vain,
nor bring forth for trouble; for they are the seed of the
blessed of the LORD, and their
offspring with them. And it shall come to pass,
that before they call, I will
answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear. The wolf and the
lamb shall feed together, and the
lion shall eat straw like the bullock: and
dust shall be the serpent's
meat. They shall not hurt nor
destroy in all my holy mountain, saith the LORD.”.
Imagine all the people having to go up to Jerusalem to
learn Jesus’ ways, laws, teachings, etc., to worship Him from time to time in
Jerusalem (and seeing all the glory of Jesus and the paradise wherein Jerusalem
was turned in), but without possibility of dwell there (a beautiful place full
of joy, peace, love, without any harm).
After all, the time to the non-Israelites trod down
Jerusalem for dwelling there will finish in the second coming of Jesus to
establish the millennium:
·
Luk 21:24 -> “And they shall fall
by the edge
of the sword,
and shall be led away captive
into all nations: and Jerusalem
shall be trodden down of
the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles
be fulfilled.”.
In the millennium, the salvific grace of Jesus won’t
work. People will live as in the time of the Old Testament, but with one
difference: now Jesus is the king reigning through His perfect law, having with
ministers the fool virgins of Rev 6:9-11 with glorified body (who was perfectly
redeemed). That is to say, all the government will be perfect with righteous
laws and faithful ministers. The worship to the Creator will be holy and
without any blemish.
However, without the transformation carried out by
Jesus’ grace, people only will be able to obey while Jesus is reigning with
iron rod (Rev 2:27; 12:5; 19:15), that is to say, without Ha-Satan to deceive
the nations (Rev 20:1-3).
In other words, even a perfect government won’t be
able to satisfy all the hearts. People get outright excited with elections,
believing that if a righteous, kind and compassionate government is
established, the world would be better. The truth is that, even when this
happens, there will be millions (perhaps billions) of people who will try to
put it down.
Do you remember why Ha-Satan was made into devil?
·
John 8:44 -> “Ye are of your father the devil,
and the lusts
of your father
ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning,
and abode not in the truth,
*because there is
no truth in him* . When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of
his own: for he is a liar, and
the father of it.”.
The key point is “because there is no truth
in him”. And when the Truth isn’t in the heart of someone,
the result is that never they will be thoroughly happy. Always they will find
something to disquiet them (chiefly when the prosperity of the others is
superior to them).
When this takes place, they do exactly what Ha-Satan
did:
·
Isa 14:12-14 -> ““How you
are fallen from heaven, O Day Star, son of Dawn! How you
are cut down to the ground,
you who laid
the nations low! You said
in your heart, ‘I will ascend to
heaven; above the stars of God
I will set my throne on high; I will sit on
the mount of assembly in the far reaches
of the north; I
will ascend above the heights
of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High.’”.
·
Eze 28:15-17 -> “You were blameless in your ways from
the day you
were created, till unrighteousness was found in you. In
the abundance of your trade you
were filled with violence in your midst, and
you sinned; so I cast you
as a profane thing from the mountain of God, and I destroyed
you, O guardian cherub, from the
midst of the stones of
fire. Your heart was proud
because of your beauty; you
corrupted your wisdom for the sake of your
splendor. I cast you to the
ground; I exposed you before kings, to feast their
eyes on you.”.
Or as Eve did:
·
Gen 3:5,6 -> “For God knows that
when you eat of it your
eyes will be opened, and
you will be like God, knowing
good and evil.” So when the woman
saw that the tree was
good for food, and that it was a delight
to the eyes,
and that the tree was
to be desired
to make one wise, she took
of its fruit and ate, and
she also gave some to her husband
who was with
her, and he ate.”.
Or as the angels below did:
·
Jud 1:6 -> “And the angels who
did not stay
within their own position of authority, but left their proper
dwelling, he has kept in eternal chains under gloomy
darkness until the judgment of
the great day—“.
All of these characters sinned from the moment that
they tried to be or have what wasn’t designed by them. Although all of them
were in the paradise and, in particular, Ha-Satan and these angels had a
glorified body, when they thought that they could have or be more than what the
Creator bestowed them, the covet gave birth to sin:
·
Jas 1:14,15 -> “But each person is
tempted when he is lured
and enticed by his own
desire. Then desire when it has conceived gives
birth to sin, and sin
when it is fully grown brings
forth death.”.
